The Challenge

The Solution

Unified Automation deployed a discreet, high-definition Axis surveillance system across key areas, including the kitchen, delivery prep zones, front-of-house, and back office. The system integrates with Kinjo’s POS platform to help identify transaction errors, unauthorized discounts, or suspicious activity. Fall detection alerts notify staff if a guest or team member experiences a fall, enabling faster response and incident logging.

To support delivery operations, the system provides real-time video verification of DoorDash and third-party prep stations, reducing disputes over missing items. Smart access control was also implemented across staff-only areas, with real-time alerts for after-hours entry or exit. Exterior surveillance of the parking lot sends notifications if motion is detected outside of operating hours. All footage is stored securely in the cloud and accessible by management on mobile devices.
