Unified Automation was invited to support The Hard Deck Smokehouse & Rec Room with enhancing their guest experience through smarter AV infrastructure. The team was facing challenges with streaming content across 40 TVs using 4–6 TELUS boxes, relying on Wi-Fi that couldn’t keep up with demand. Audio output was also inconsistent, limiting the atmosphere they wanted to create.

Scope of Work:

• Control4 system for centralized, user-friendly AV control

• Binary video distribution system enabling seamless streaming from all TELUS boxes to every TV

• Integrated audio routing through existing speaker zones

• Alleviation of Wi-Fi strain and AV-related interruptions
